One of the most promising stars among disabled alpine skiers in Poland, but also a scooter thief with troubled family relationships. This is Michał, the extraordinary hero of a genuine story about life’s hardships and overcoming obstacles.

Michał has underdeveloped arms and legs, but he does not lack a sense of humour and the ability to live life to the fullest. After a difficult childhood and adolescence, he stands on the threshold of adulthood, in which the elite level skier not only has a chance to represent Poland at the Paralympic Games, but above all to find himself. Still, everyone around him seems to have a clearer idea of him than he does. Will Michał be able to leave the past behind and go his own way? Filmmaker Michał Kawecki has captured the protagonist’s ambiguity without deliberately focusing on the disability with which he lives.
